If not, try using a proxy website.Some of the proxy websites are www.crabcakebatter.com www.vtunnel.com www.gpass1.com http://www.mathtunnel.com open any of these sites. you will find a address bar inside it. type www.orkut.com in it and press enter.desired webpage should open.
