Hey I just finished one now, a friend forgot his password for six months now and heck! They charged him more than.... Its not a big deal. Just restart it, when you hear the chime sound hold down apple & S buttons. You will gabage into the text prompt. Type exatly these with enter after each command. mount- Uw/<enter> Shutdown -h now <enter>.. That's all folks.
