If your school has lock the CMD ,
you can use notepad instead of it .
Type the things that you want and save as batch (e.g.XXX.bat)
Click it , and enjoy ! =]

At school I have done the notepad thing, and it gives me a command prompt shortcut. After I get into it though, it just says access denied, press any key to exit. Also, at home I tried using a limited account to make a new user, but it just comes up with access denied, system error five. The same thing happens when I try making the limeted account to an admin. Please help! Thanks.

that really easy just go to notepad, in the text pu
command.com
and save as cmd.bat
whala a working command promt that should be able to do all of the commands

you say you can add users and you can, but you need admin rights. then you say, lets give our account admin rights. well wtf would you need to do that if you already have admin rights to give admin rights?

Let's give you admin priveleges:)
C:>net localgroup administrator JohnSmith /ADD
This will make JohnSmith an admin. Remember that some schools may not call their admins 'adminstrator' and so you need to find out the name of the local group they belong to.
You can list all the localgroups by typing
C:>net localgroup
