When you Open ur messenger start chatting with friend open ms dos and type netstat -n there donot press enter and then minimize it after this send something to ur victim and as soon as he accept it the hotmail messenger will say connecting this is the time when u re maximize ur msdos and press enter the ip address next to time_wait: will the friends ip.U may be Hacked The same way Beware!![/quote] now that only works with direct connection. if he/she is sending you a file. the file normaly has to be within 500 kb atleast, in order to establish a direct strong connection the ip would be displayed like this... example... 255-255-255-255 with he host name. and it would be under foreign addresses. netstat stands for netstatitics they list all active connections to the network. a very useful netstat command is netstat -an or netstat -b -an will list all ports and ip's -b will list all programs your using, connected to th network. if someone gets your ip they cant do shit to you. and even if they can you can always use proxys or renew your ip manualy. 4 out of 4 found this valuable.
