"Hey guys i cnt access my desktop properties on the display properties so i was wondering if anyone knew how to unlock it."my desktop properties = [Control panel -> Display prop. -> Desktop Prop.] was locked by a some sort of virus protection advertisement.. I have removed all parts of the malware. but in the desktop tab, the browse button, position tab and thebackround tab are locked.
